The author tried to find answers to questions such as: how a woman can successfully start a business, because in addition to business, there are also considerations of family, children and other obligations :- how to find a proverbial balance in life; and how to avoid despair and the urge to give up everything halfway. Based on the life stories of the heroines of the book and their practical advice, any woman can make her way in the business world. The book is intended for anyone who would like to do their own thing, but still has doubts and does not know where to start. In addition, the book contains expert recommendations from PR professionals on the positioning and promotion of small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan.

The collection of stories was presented in December 2019 as part of an event aimed at supporting the female entrepreneurs of Umay Gala.

In 2020, the book became the best-seller in the online store Flip.kz.
